The Substance Abuse Advisory Council meets on the third Monday on the month at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room G, Second Floor, Nazareth Complex. The Advisory Council serves the four-county region of Barry, Branch, Kalamazoo and St. Joseph Counties to assist in the development of comprehensive planning and provision of substance abuse and prevention and treatment services.
