| The Office of Community Corrections develops programs to hold non-violent offenders
accountable for their criminal behavior while providing rehabilitative services to help
them maintain a law abiding lifestyle. These programs include community service,
electronic monitoring, substance abuse testing, probation residential services, and
employment/life skills training. Community Corrections programs save taxpayer dollars in
reduced incarceration costs and offer increased chances for rehabilitation. |
