A group of physicians assistants, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dieticians, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, dieticians, audiologists, and blind rehabilitation specialists who will do geriatric assessments and make recommendations.

Provides advocacy, education, and information and referral for long-term care issues. Especially helpful to individuals and families needing to resolve concerns about nursing homes' care and services, rights and safety, admission and discharge, and billing problems.
