The District Court Magistrate conducts civil marriage ceremonies. The ceremonies are held at the District Court Crosstown Location. The fee for a civil marriage is $10.00. The couple being wed must bring two witnesses and a marriage license. Please contact the Court at (269) 384-8171 to schedule a date and time.

Note: Currently, civil marriages are performed once a week on Friday afternoons.
