Civil Marriage Ceremonies
The District Court Magistrate conducts civil marriage ceremonies.
The ceremonies are held at the Judge Charles A. Pratt Justice Center.
The fee for a civil marriage is $10.00.
The couple being wed must bring two witnesses, the marriage license and photo ID's. (Click here for more information on how to obtain a marriage license.)
The couple being wed should appear approx. 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony.
There is a maximum of 20 people allowed in the hearing room at the time of the ceremony.
Note: Currently, civil marriages are performed on selected Friday afternoons.
