Civil Scheduling Deadlines

All summary motions must be scheduled and heard at least 14 days before case evaluation.  All other motions, including motions in limine and motions to adjourn, must be scheduled and heard at least 14 days before trial.  Please check the Civil Proceedings Scheduling Order for other deadlines and requirements.
