STORMWATER MANAGEMENT RULES
DESIGN STANDARDS FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES
FLOODPLAINS
A. It is the responsibility of the developer to demonstrate that any activity proposed within a 100-year floodplain will not diminish flood storage capacity and meets all applicable regulations.
B. All required state and local permits shall be obtained by the developer prior to approval by the Drain Commissioner for any stormwater facilities.
