Southwest Michigan Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP)
For those who qualify, BCCCP offers:
| FREE: | Clinical Breast Exam, Pelvic Exam and Pap Testing (when due)
Mammogram without Computer Aided Detection (CAD) |
| REDUCED COST: | Mammogram (with CAD) and some Diagnostic Tests |
ELIGIBILITY
Here are the complete BCCCP Qualifications as of February 2008:
- Women age 40 and over
- NO H.M.O., and NO Medicare (you may have other types of insurance)
- Family income as follows:

| 1 | $ 26,000 |
| 2 | $ 35,000 |
| 3 | $ 44,000 |
| 4 | $ 53,000 |
| 5 | $ 62,000 |
| Over 6 add $9,000 for each additional family member |
Participating clinics are available in the following counties:
Allegan, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren.
