The Kalamazoo County Community Action Agency (CAA) is a part of the Kalamazoo Department of Health & Community Services. The CAA partners with other community based organizations to help low-income residents in Kalamazoo County to become self-sufficient.

478 households received utility emergency service assistance.
504 households received energy education.
1,233 clients received tax filing assistance in partnership with the Kalamazoo County Tax Counseling Initiative.
