Extracts building site values, land values and computes economic condition factors. Audits assessment rolls to assist in preparing reports. Assists in the preparation of the Equalization Report, Apportionment Report, Starting Base Report, IFT Report and Top Taxpayers Report. Performs other necessary functions in the equalization process to comply with the Michigan Constitution and Legislature for establishing equity within the townships and cities.
