Responsibilities and Qualifications: Provides counsel to executive leadership, supervisors and employees on Human Resources and employee relations issues. Directs Human Resources staff and functions. Represents management as primary labor negotiator. Develops recruitment strategies and administers employee training programs.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, business administration or a related field and six years human resources management experience required. Masters degree or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification preferred. Must possess advanced knowledge of State and Federal laws controlling labor relations, fair employment, civil rights, and benefits. Public speaking and training skills required. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Performs home visiting in accordance with the essential elements of the evidence-based NFP model; develops therapeutic relationships with women and their families in a home visiting environment; assesses physical, emotional, social and environmental needs of women and their families as they relate to the NFP domains; provides education, support and referrals to assist women and their families in attaining their targeted goals; consults and collaborates with other professionals involved in providing services to women and their families.

Current Michigan Registered Nurse license with two years experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental health/behavioral health nursing preferred. Bachelor of Nursing required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Valid driverís license and transportation required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some early evenings depending on client needs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications: Serve as the sole primary care provider to STD clinic clients with independent authority as the qualifying medical provider for insurance billing purposes; Implement the STD Program by providing STD education & STD assessments to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, referrals & follow-up of STDs; obtain comprehensive STD medical & social history of clients, perform male and female genitalia exams, and assist in partner contact interviews; implement the Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) program by administering vaccine & providing education of vaccine & VPD

Masters Degree with current Michigan Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification and Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required. A minimum of four years of NP experience and/or public health experience is required. Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, function independently, problem-solve and make clinically accurate decisions under high stress conditions.
Demonstrate comprehensive assessment and interviewing/communication skills, determine therapeutic needs and develop treatment/intervention plans. Knowledge of pathophysiology, child development, reproductive health & disease processes, treatment modalities, and human sexuality is required. HIV counseling and testing certification through MDCH is required; or to be obtained within first year and maintain requirements for continued licensure and certifications. Proficient in use of computers, a valid driverís license and reliable transportation are required. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
