WIC
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
WIC is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed.

HOW DO I APPLY?
If your income level qualifies you to receive WIC, come to Health and Community Services's WIC office, 3299 Gull Road, 2nd Wing, 1st Floor, on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; or the first Thursday of each month between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring identification (for self and baby), proof of household income, and proof of address. New babies must come to the first visit with you. You can use the Checklist to help you.
