New Genesis, Inc. and MSU Extension to Focus on Nutrition and Eating Healthy on a Budget

Kalamazoo, Mich.- A four-part nutrition budgeting series will be offered from 6:00 - 8:00PM on March 21st and 28th, and April 4th and 13th at New Genesis, Inc., 1340 Cobb Street.

The series is sponsored by New Genesis, Inc. and Michigan State University Extension in Kalamazoo County. The four-part series is free to participants.

The Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) will focus on nutrition resource management designed to help participants stretch their food dollars in a hands-on, interactive setting. The EFNEP program helps participants become more self-sufficient by reducing food security issues.
