National Restaurant Assn. ServSafe 4-hour Course Being Offered

Kalamazoo, Mich.- MSU Extension-Kalamazoo County is offering a 4-Hour ServSafe training on Monday, July 27, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Transformations Center at 3427 Gull Rd. in Kalamazoo. The cost of the 4-hour training is $55 per person. Pre-registration is required; deadline for registration is July 6.

The ServSafe program training will give food service workers the information they need to keep food safe. Participants will learn correct food safety policies and procedures to consistently keep food safe.
