Neighborhood Impact Statements are a way to let a judge know your thoughts about a particular case at sentencing. In certain types of cases, victims of crime have an absolute right to provide such a statement to the court. In other cases, the judge has the discretion to decide if such a statement will be received and reviewed. You may choose to fill out one of the impact statements available here and forward it to our office. We will provide it to the judge (and defendant) at the appropriate time.
