04/15 - 04/15 Monday Morning Cruisers Bike Club
If you are looking for a group to bike with at a casual pace, we have the solution! Join us on Monday mornings for an easy ride along the KRV Trail.

Walking in a group increases your commitment to sticking to your routine, and it's a great chance to socialize and make new friends! Did you know that walking can reduce stress, help prevent heart disease, improve sleep, and help you maintain or lose weight? Come walk with us and enjoy speakers on health-related topics and free giveaways monthly!

9:00am - Meets Tuesday mornings at 9am. Meet on the KRV Trail, beginning at the 10th Street parking lot near the Caboose, two miles north of W. Main.

04/20 - 04/20 Consumers Sunburst Run
The 4th Annual Consumers Sunburst Run is a community 5K run/walk event. The course uses a portion of the KRV Trail. The event will feature even more activities for adults and families, including the annual one-mile Family Fun Run following the 5K run/walk where kids 12 & under run free. NEW THIS YEAR: Run a 10K prior to the start of the 5K for no additional cost. The 10K will begin at 7:30 a.m. For more information or to register visit www.consumerssunburst.org

04/22 - 04/22 Garlic Mustard Pull
Garlic Mustard is an invasive plant that can dominate a forest if not properly controlled. It's beginning to spread each year along the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail and we need your help pulling it! In celebration of Earth Day, join us and learn how to identify and control garlic mustard.

Closed-toe shoes and gloves are recommended.

What type of tree is that? What kind of bird is making that sound off in the distance? If you have ever been on the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail and had similar wonders, join us as we share a little knowledge!

On this two mile journey you will learn about our native spring wildflowers that grow along the trail. Guided by a member of the Audubon Society, you will also learn about the threats to the survival of this wonderful spring flora. No prior knowledge is required- only an interest in the natural world and the environment. The guided walk is free, fun and educational! For questions and registration, please call 373-5073

The 500 players in the Kingdom Soccer Club invite all Travel, Select, Elite, and Premier teams to compete in the 6th annual Crusader Cup 2013.
