All traffic collisions are documented electronically and the reports are submitted to the
DocView website. When you report your accident to the insurance company, provide them
with the DocView website web site address (www.docview.us.com) and the complaint number. Most insurance companies have accounts
with DocView and can access the reports directly.
You may purchase and print out the reports for your own records for $12.00 by going to the
DocView website "Private Citizen Purchase Crash Report."
- Select the date range button that applies to your collision report
- Click the state where the collision report was made
- Select the Agency Name that completed the report
- Enter the date of the crash and the accident report number
- Click search
Note: Please make sure you have the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader installed properly before purchasing a report.
