Rabies Protocol
The State of Michigan has put in place a Protocol for the tracking and prevention of Rabies. KCASE is mandated by law to follow this protocol for Kalamazoo County. The below flowcharts determine what action is taken when a human or domestic pet animal is exposed to potential Rabies.
