We are currently accepting volunteers at KCASE! Volunteers will perform tasks that provide enrichment and socialization for animals awaiting adoption at the Animal Services and Enforcement Facility.
Who can Volunteer? You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer on your own and pass a background check. KCASE also allows minor volunteers ages 12-17 with a parent/guardian. We are unable to accommodate court-ordered community service at this time.

How do I start?
- Fill out the background release and volunteer application and submit them to kcasevolunteer@kalcounty.com.
- Once your background has been completed you will be sent an email with an invitation to sign up for an orientation.
- Once you have completed volunteer orientation with KCASE, you will be sent another invitation email with open tasks that you may sign up for.
