Construction Project Advisory Committee/Building Authority

The Kalamazoo County Construction Project Advisory Committee/County Building Authority was established for the purposes of providing recommendations during the construction of new County facilities.  The Kalamazoo County Construction Project Advisory Committee meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of each month (unless the first day of the month is Wednesday, then the 3rd Wednesday) at 10”00 a.m. in Room 207A of the County Administration Building.  The Building Authority meets on the second Wednesday of each month (unless the first day of the month is Wednesday, then the 3rd Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m. in Room 207A of the County Administration Building.  The Building Authority oversees County building authority bond-funded projects and the Kalamazoo County Construction Project Advisory Committee oversees  bond-funded projects and non-bond funded projects that are paid out of funds set aside for the project.  Appointments are made for three-year terms of office.  Contact Purchasing at 269-383-8967.
