The Kalamazoo County Clerk is responsible for coordinating and administering all federal, state, county, and school district elections held in Kalamazoo County.
This includes overseeing the programming, printing, and distributing of ballots and coordinating the county canvass of federal, state, county, city, township, and school elections. Other duties include assisting local clerks and citizens in interpreting Michigan Election Law and Campaign Finance Law according to State statutes.

The Kalamazoo County Clerk's Office is available to process CPL applications between 8:00AM-4:00PM.
