HOW TO SUBMIT A FILING WITH PROBATE COURT

Probate Court encourages you to conduct your business by mail or email in order to limit the number of individuals entering the building.

All email submissions must be in either .pdf or .tif format. NOTE: .jpg files converted to .pdf files cannot be accepted. Any pictures of documents or converted files will be returned. To facilitate the filing of your documents please make each document submission its own .pdf or .tif file. 

Filings requiring a filing fee must be submitted by mail and should not be sent by email. Your check or money order should be made payable to PROBATE COURT.

PLEASE NOTE: The drop box located at the Gull Road Justice Complex is for Friend of the Court payments only.  Documents left in the drop box are not guaranteed to be received by Probate Court
