Aging at Home Programs

Area Agency on Aging helps older adults stay safely in their home with supportive programming.

CFI Programs

The Choices for Independence Program provides community-based case management for Kalamazoo County residents over 60 years old. A team of Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses help promote dignity and independence through person centered planning and coordination of supportive services. These services may include: Coordination of family supports; navigation of community resources; referring community programs; and funding for caregiver respite, homemaking services, or personal care assistance.
