Creating Confident Caregivers (CCC)

CCC LogoThis evidence based program utilizes tested and effective training methods from the University of Minnesota’s Savvy Caregiver Program.

This program is facilitated by a certified Master Trainer in six week program periods.

Class goals are:

  • Up-to-date education on dementia
  • Validation on barriers and challenges of caregiving
  • Connecting with other caregivers
  • Skills for managing caregiver stress
  • Caregiver resources to manage dementia related behaviors
  • Skills for self-care while caring for others

Who should participate?

  • Individuals caring for a loved one with dementia in a home setting

Free respite care:

Care for your loved one can be provided to allow you to attend classes. Ask for more information upon registration.
