COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

Vaccination Information

COVID-19 Vaccines (initial dose, third additional dose, and booster dose) are offered at the health department, 311 E. Alcott Street. There is no cost and no ID required.

If you are 5-11 years old, you must schedule a COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment. You may also call the COVID-19 Call Center at 269-373-5200 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm) to schedule an appointment.

If you are over the age of 12, no appointment is needed. Appointments are only being made for 5-11 year olds at this time. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm. If you have questions, you may call the COVID-19 Call Center at 269-373-5200 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm). Everyone 12 years or older is now eligible for a COVID-19 Booster.
