The Parks Department Office will be open for in person business from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Parks staff is available by phone or email Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Annual passes can be purchased by phone and questions about our facilities can be answered by phone or email.

Kalamazoo County Parks is Hiring for Summer Jobs!
Enjoy working outside surrounded by the beauty of the County Parks! The parks attract a variety of visitors throughout the summer and these jobs offer the opportunity to interact with people and gain experience performing many different tasks. It’s a perfect job for college students, retirees, teachers, or anyone else looking for summer work!
Summer jobs are available at all of the parks and include a variety of duties such as collecting entrance fees and providing information to park visitors, working at the campgrounds and beaches, lawn mowing, and other light maintenance. Positions will be scheduled for 35-40 hours per week. Hours are variable throughout the week and on evenings, weekends and holidays. Positions will start as early as April and last through October, but shorter time frames are available. Pay rate starts at $12.75 per hour and $13.25 per hour for returning staff. Applicants must be 18 or older to apply.
