Weatherization Program RFQ Posting

Kalamazoo County is inviting Certified Weatherization Auditors to respond to a Request for Qualification & Bid (RFQ) for 2017-2018 Weatherization Assistance Program Energy Saves services (Energy Auditors).

If interested please submit a letter of intent to qualify & bid to:

Letters of Intent to qualify & bid must be received by (Date:10/25/2017) Letters of Intent may be sent via email, usps mail or fax.

NOTE: Bidders who submit their letters of intent after 10/25/2017 will disqualify themselves from participation in this RFQ/Bid process for 2017-2018.


All qualified respondents/bidders to Initial Posting of Invitation to Bid may download the Weatherization RFQ/Bid packets from the County website @ 

You may download your Weatherization RFQ/Bid packet if you have submitted your letter of intent on or before 10/25/2017.

Your Qualification/Bid response will be considered after your completed bid packet has been received and if you have successfully completed the packet, on or before. 11/07/2017.

Note: All interested parties must supply all necessary contact information on intent letter.
