Cuddly Tommy Moose donation from Celery City Moose Lodge 2694 comforts children
The Loyal Order of Moose, Celery City Lodge #2694, has donated a collection of Tommy Moose stuffed animals to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office. The individually packaged plush animals are intended to aid in helping children overcome with fear and anxiety during times of stress and emergency.
Tommy Moose is used to calm children and give them a soothing object towards which to refocus their attention while emergency aid takes place.
Sheriff Fuller was grateful to accept the donation, delivered by Celery City Lodge members Ken Brinkert, Jackie Stefanski, John Weir, and Dave Shugars.
