Accident Reports

Traffic Accident reports are available on line at ecrash.lexisnexis.com for $12.00.

Police reports are available through the Sheriff's Office Records Section. The cost of a report will vary based on the length of the report and the specific information being requested. Report costs are also based on the amount of time it takes staff to complete the request.  Extra fees directly related to the retrieval of documents may apply. All orders must be placed via a written request. No phone orders will be taken. The Sheriff's Office recommends the requestor contact the Records Section staff at (269) 385-6191 prior to making the written request to determine if the report is available for public release. Written requests can be mailed, Faxed, or sent by Email as follows:
