The attached files are a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. In order to view these files, you need Microsoft Excel or Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you need a simple reader program, you can download and install one from Microsoft's web site using this link or you can get the Acrobat Reader using this link.

On the Excel spreadsheet, Some of the text in the various boxes is rather small. In order to better read small text, turn on the "Formula Bar" view in the "View" menu, click into that box area and larger text will appear at the top of the page. In order to make the larger text disappear, simply click elsewhere on the page or click outside of the text areas.

Internet Explorer users that also have Excel Excel --- after clicking the link and viewing the file using Internet Explorer, you can use the "Zoom" command within the View menu. This allows you to expand the visual size of the page.
